We can produce patterns from any technical drawings or through consultation, with the ability to make alterations to existing moulds (which can be more cost and time efficient than returning to the CAD model or CNC pattern stage).
We work with polystyrene, metal, resin, wood, fibreglass, CAM cut, and foundry patterns in a variety of sizes, offering you a huge amount of flexibility to suit the requirements of your project.
We produce our patterns by CNC Machining, but for more complex projects have the ability do this by hand, utilising our skilled and experienced pattern makers to ensure a product finish of the highest standard. This flexibility in production methods allows us to make modifications and adaptions throughout the process, ensuring your requirements are continuously met from start-to-finish.
The smaller of the two Maxicam milling machines with 12 tool changes gives lots of scope to produce vacuum forming tools, trim jigs, assembly jig fixtures and patterns.
Having the capability to manufacture the tooling gives complete control of lead times for new parts.
